Our carrier partner will be performing emergency maintenance impacting toll-free SMS services for Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Honduras, Guatemala, Panama, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Nicaragua, the United States and the Dominican Republic.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Monday, July 20, 2026 at 11:00 PM PT and to finish July 21, 2026 by 1:00 AM PT.
During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent delay impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS via toll-free with these subscribers.
