We identified an issue causing reduced database performance resulting in inbound (MO) latency and potential timeouts for outbound (MT) transactions via API. To resolve this issue, we have archived our inbound transaction data.

Please note that due to having been archived, access to inbound transaction data prior to today will require a Help Desk request.
